Abstract

"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA SUPERVISIONAR A POTêNCIA DE TRANSMISSãO EM UM SISTEMA COM ALTA TAXA DE DADOS". Um método de supervisão do link de emissão em um sistema com alta taxa de dados é descrito, no qual uma estação base transmite para um terminal de acesso em um canal de tráfego de emissão apenas quando a estação base possui dados para enviar para o terminal de acesso. Cada terminal de acesso gera medições periódicas da taxa de dados com base no sinal de link de emissão recebido. Cada terminal de acesso, então, minimiza o período no qual transmite no link reverso sem ser controlado por potência pelo desligamento de seu transmissor com base nas medições de taxa de dados.
