Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRANSFORMAçãO DE MATERIAL TERMOPLáSTICO, PRODUTO, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA CONFORMAR UM MATERIAL TERMOPLáSTICO". Processo de transformação de material termoplástico apresentando uma temperatura de fusão e uma temperatura de solidificação, em que se aquece o material termoplástico a uma temperatura superior à temperatura de fusão, e no qual se transforma o referido material aquecido em um dispositivo de conformação abaixando-se a temperatura do material termoplástico de uma temperatura pelo menos próxima da temperatura de fusão até uma temperatura inferior à temperatura de solidificação, o referido processo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que se submete o material termoplástico antes e/ou durante sua passagem no dispositivo de conformação, a um campo elétrico estático entre, por um lado, um eletrodo positivo em contato com o material termoplástico e, por outro lado, um eletrodo negativo ou massa em contato com o material termoplástico.
