Abstract

"TAMPãO AURICULAR DE PROTEçãO", o qual é indicado pela referência (10) e é formado de um corpo (12) e uma haste (14). O corpo (12) tem uma extremidade de introdução e uma segunda extremidade oposta e inclui ainda uma ranhura para a haste (70) formada na mesma. A haste (14) é disposta dentro da ranhura da haste (70) do corpo (12), de modo a acoplar firmemente a haste (14) ao corpo (12) para facilitar a introdução do tampão auricular (10) em uma dos ouvidos do usuário. De acordo com a presente invenção, a haste (14) é formada de um material no qual a introdução de um tampão auricular (10) no ouvido resulta na rigidez da haste (14), que é reduzida de forma que a haste (10) fica menos rígida ao ser introduzida e posicionada dentro do ouvido. Com vantagem, o desenho e/ou material da haste permite que o tampão auricular (10) seja rígido para introdução deste no ouvido; contudo, o material preferencial usado para formar a haste apresenta uma característica de amolecimento, de modo que na introdução no ouvido, a haste (14) amolece. Em outra palavras, a haste (14) relaxa e alivia qualquer pressão excessiva causada pela introdução do tampão auricular (10) no ouvido.
