Abstract

"RETENTOR DE ETIQUETA EAS USADO PARA CONECTAR UMA ETIQUETA EAS COM UM ARTIGO DE MERCADORIA PARA DESENCORAJAR O FURTO EM LOJAS, E, PROCESSO PARA DESTRAVAR O MESMO". Um retentor de etiqueta EASS inclui um primeiro membro e um segundo membro que são conjuntamente articulados entre posições aberta e fechada. Em uma concretização da invenção, o retentor inclui um pino que perfura uma parte do artigo de mercadoria para prender o retentor ao artigo de mercadoria. Em outras concretizações, o retentor prende-se ao artigo de mercadoria. O retentor é removido da mercadoria cortando a dobradiça do retentor e efetuar a separação do primeiro e segundo membro por deslizamento. Em outra concretização da invenção, os primeiro e segundo membros do retentor são conjugados por garras de travamento que podem ser destravadas por uma chaveta especialmente configurada para que o retentor possa ser reutilizado. Em outra concretização da invenção, o retentor é aberto com uma chaveta que rompe as garras de travamento para desprender os membros um do outro.
