"PORTADOR DE INFORMAçãO, APARELHO, SISTEMA DE UM PORTADOR DE INFORMAçãO, E, SUBSTRATO". O portador de informação (1) contém uma unidade de armazenamento (9), um circuito integrado (10) e um primeiro e segundo elementos de acoplamento (31, 32). Os ditos elementos de acoplamento (31, 32) são intermediários na transferência de dados e energia de uma estação base (50) para o circuito integrado (10) e vice-versa. Entre a estação base (50) e os ditos elementos de acoplamento (31, 32) a transferência de dados e energia não apresenta contatos, e preferivelmente por acoplamento capacitivo. Entre pelo menos o primeiro (31) e preferivelmente ambos os elementos de acoplamento (31, 32)dados e energia são transferidos por meio de acoplamento capacitivo. A estação base (50) é preferivelmente incorporada em um aparelho (40) contendo adicionalmente o dispositivo de leitura (60) da unidade de armazenamento (9). Para facilitar o acoplamento capacitivo, a estação base (50) contém uma primeira e uma segunda placas de capacitor (54, 55). O portador de informação (1) e o aparelho (40) com a estação base (50) contendo as ditas placas de capacitor (54, 55) juntos constituem o sistema, que é adequado para proteção contra cópia da informação na unidade de armazenamento (9).
