"REDES DE ACESSO DE RáDIO E DE RáDIO MóVEL, E, MéTODO DE TROCA DE INFORMAçãO DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE CONTROLE ESPECìFICA ENTRE UM PRIMEIRO Nó EM UMA REDE DE RáDIO MóVEL E UM NO EXTERIOR NA REDE DE RáDIO MóVEL". Mecanismo de dados é descrito para auxiliar sistemas de rádios móveis de terceira geração a transferir conexão de rádio móvel para células vizinhas, quando as células vizinhas são de um tipo geracional exterior.
