Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA DE TRANSMISSãO DE PACOTES RáPIDOS". Em um sistema para executar uma transmissão de pacote rápido de conexão de descida eficientemente por diversidade de seleção de site rápida, adicionada a um sinal de controle são as informações para as estações de base gerenciarem a ordem de transmissão de pacotes, por exemplo, um número de pacote IP (Protocolo da Internet) ou um número recentemente designado para transmissão de rádio, e cada uma das estações de base gerencia as informações individualmente. Como as estações de base assim mantém a (adquirem a sincronização da) ordem de transmissão de pacotes, é possível controlar a sincronização da ordem de transmissão tal como um número de pacote entre as estações de base enquanto equipando cada uma das estações de base com a função de programação.
