Abstract

"BRAçADEIRA DE SUSTENTAçãO DE PRATELEIRA". Para estampagem de braçadeiras de suporte de prateleira de uma configuração global em forma de L de material de tira (13), as linhas de corte são dispostas de modo que um corte gera as bordas superiores (6) de duas braçadeiras adjacentes giradas por 180<198> com relação uma à outra e o corte subseq³ente gera as bordas inferiores (14) daquelas duas braçadeiras que são contíguas uma à outra nesta localização. A porção em cantilever (4) de cada braçadeira tem sua extremidade livre dotada de uma porção de gancho (5), que se projeta da borda superior (6) e em uso serve para reter a respectiva prateleira. Na extremidade oposta, a borda superior (6) da porção em cantilever (4) tem um entalhe (7), que é moldado complementarmente com relação àquela parte da porção de gancho (5), que se projeta acima da borda superior (6). No processo de estampagem, o tamanho dos cortes residuais (15) é reduzido por ter a porção de gancho (5) de uma braçadeira se estendendo no entalhe (7) da braçadeira adjacente.
