Abstract
Para troquelar escuadras soportantes de repisas en una forma semejante a una L a partir de un material de flejes 13, las líneas de corte se disponen de tal forma que un corte genera los bordes superiores 6 de dos escuadras adyacentes rotadas en 1800 un respecto a la otra, y el siguiente corte genera los bordes inferiores 14 de las dos escuadras contiguas entre si en esta posición. El extremo libre de la sección en voladizo 4 de cada escuadra esta provista de una sección en forma de gancho 5 que se proyecta desde el borde superior 6 y se utiliza para sujetar la respectiva repisa. En el extremo opuesto, el borde superior 6 de la sección en voladizo 4 tiene una muesca 7 cuya forma es complementaria con la parte de la sección del gancho 5 que se proyecta sobre el borde superior 6. Durante el proceso de troquelado, se reduce el tamaño de los recortes de desperdicio 15 debido a que la sección de gancho 5 de una escuadra se extiende dentro de la muesca 7 de la escuadra adyacente.
