Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FUNDIR UMA PEçA METáLICA EM UM MOLDE DE FUNDIçãO VERTICALMENTE PARTIDO". Um processo de fundir uma peça metálica em um molde de fundição verticalmente partido (17) compreende inserir em uma cavidade (15) receptora de luva do molde (17), uma luva alimentadora (1) de material refratário e/ou exotérmico, a luva (1) tendo um flange (11) projetado para dentro o qual é recebido em uma porção (19) correspondentemente conformada, dimensionada e posicionada da cavidade (15) receptora de luva. Deste modo a luva fica seguramente retida na cavidade (15) até que uma segunda parte de molde de areia verticalmente partida seja reunida com a parte (17) para formar uma cavidade de molde encerrada;
