O seletor de código de dispersão 117 determina um código de dispersão a ser utilizado por um aparelho de terminal de comunicação com base no resultado da comparação, e envia um resultado determinado para uma seção de estruturação de quadro 111 e para o de-dispersor 104 como uma informação de dispersão. A seção estruturada de quadro 111 envia a informação de transmissão que tem a informação do código de dispersão adicionada para um modulador 112.
