Abstract

"CENTRìFUGA DESCARTáVEL AUTO-ACIONADA". Uma montagem de rotor de centrífuga descartável auto-acionada destinada à separação de matéria particulada de um fluxo de óleo circulante, primeira e segunda partes da carcaça do rotor, as quais são moldadas por injeção de plástico e unidas uma na outra através de solda por indução, encaixando-se as bordas de forma tal a criar uma carcaça de contenção com um interior oco. Um cubo de suporte plástico moldado por injeção é montado dentro de uma abertura central da metade inferior da carcaça do rotor e se estende para cima dentro do interior oco. Um carretel de alinhamento plástico moldado por injeção é montado dentro de uma abertura central na parte superior da carcaça do rotor e se estende para baixo dentro do interior oco. Uma submontagem com cones sobrepostos, incluindo uma pluralidade de cones de separação individuais, os quais são moldados por injeção de plástico, são arranjados em uma sobreposição alinhada e posicionada dentro do interior oco e cooperativamente montados entre o cubo de suporte e o carretel de alinhamento.
