Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE URéIA". A invenção refere-se a um processo de síntese de uréia com economia de calor melhorada, no qual uma solução de síntese de uréia obtida removendo-se a maior parte do carbamato de amónio não reagido pela remoção com dióxido de carbono em uma pressao aproximadamente igual a pressão de síntese de uréia é submetida a uma decomposição de pressão baixa e elevada. A mistura de gás obtida a partir da decomposição de pressão elevada é condensada em pelo menos duas etapas. Os gases obtidos a partir da remoção da solução de síntese de uréia, após uma condensação inicial podem ser alternativamente enviados na coluna de decomposição de pressão elevada, dessa forma facilitando a decomposição do carbamato de amónio não reagido; podem ser misturados com gases inativos da coluna de decomposição de pressão elevada e enviados para um permutador indireto de calor para a concentração da solução de uréia aquosa e facilitação da condensação dos gases inativos da coluna de decomposição de pressão elevada; ou podem ser enviados para um condensador para a mistura de gás obtida a partir da decomposição de pressão elevada após ter sido submetida a permuta indireta de calor com a solução de uréia aquosa, dessa forma facilitando a outra condensação desses gases.
