Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "CONVERSOR DE CORES PARA PRETO E BRANCO". Ferramenta de filtração continuamente variável é usada para gerar um padrão de textura única para cada cor em uma imagem multicolorida. A ferramenta de filtração continuamente variável permite uma versão de corante único da imagem á ser gerada com menos informação perdida do que tipicamente sofrido no processo de transformação de multicolorido em cor única. A ferramenta de filtração continuamente variável é gerada pela mistura de padrões de um conjunto de telas de referência S~ 1~ - S~ 6~. As telas de referência S, - S6 estão associadas com cores de referência selecionadas, por exemplo, em um espaço de cores independente de máquina. Uma tela calculada é gerada através de uma mistura ponderada de telas de referência S~ 1~ - S~ 6~ localizadas perto da cor arbitrária no espaço de cores independente de máquina. As telas consistem em matrizes de valores limite 505. Cada valor limite é associado com uma posição de ponto e um pixel de imagem. Onde um valor de pixel excede o valor limite associado, providências são tomadas para colocar uma marca na posição de ponto associada. Um processador de imagens 1210 operativo para realizar o método compreende um gerador de ferramenta de filtração continuamente variável 1214.
