Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURANçA PARA UM ELEVADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de segurança para um elevador, com pelo menos um trilho de guia de elevador instalado fixamente no poço de elevador e com uma parte de freio, que apresenta pelo menos um corpo de fricção (1) com pelo menos uma superfície de fricção (4), que é comprimida contra o trilho de guia para frear o elevador, sendo que o corpo de fricção apresenta como material de fricção um material composto cerâmico, reforçado por fibras, que contém carbureto de silício e como componente de reforço, fibras de carbono, sendo que o dispositivo de segurança está caracterizado pelo fato de que o material composto compreende uma matriz de carbureto de silício e carbono, que o componente de reforço está formado exclusivamente de fibras de carbono, que apresentam um comprimento mínimo de 10 mm, e que o teor em volume de fibras de carbono no corpo de fricção importa em entre 30% e 70%.
