Abstract

"FILTRO PARA PRODUTOS LìQUIDOS". O presente resumo diz respeito a um pedido de patente de invenção para filtro, pertencente ao campo dos filtros aplicados na separação de sólidos suspensos em produtos líquidos, particularmente separação dos sólidos insolúveis dos sólidos solúveis e do líquido de uma suspensão, conforme ocorre, por exemplo, com os sucos cítricos e similares, compreendendo, essencialmente: carcaça (1) dotada de entrada de produto a ser processado, saída de filtrado e saída de sólidos; elemento de filtragem (100) alojado na carcaça; e turbina (200), alojada na carcaça e elemento de filtragem e impulsora do líquido a ser processado; dita carcaça (1) é dotada, entre, outros, de superfícies anelares internas (30), (31), adjacentes, respectivamente, à entrada de, produto e saída de sólidos; haste guia inferior longitudinal (32); engates rápidos (33) de fixação de tampa (8) e alojamento de mancal desmontável (10)' previsto na tampa; o elemento de filtragem (100) é composto por conjunto monobloco de manga (101) e suporte-elástico (120), este destinado a que a manga absorva as pressões internas e compreendido por anéis intermediários fixos (121) e móveis (122) e extremos (124) de apoio da manga e anel (125) todos dotados de recortes inferiores (140); a turbina (200) gera turbulência controlada para. os sólidos suspensos no líquido e incorpora dispositivo hidrodinâmico de auto-lavagem da manga de filtragem por enxág³e e dispositivo de separação do sumo do suco (brix); por dispositivo de desmontagem/montagem rápidas do filtro, compreendida, essencialmente: pela carcaça (1) provida das superfícies (30), (31) e nas quais se acoplam os anéis (124) e (125) do elemento de filtragem (100); pela guia (32) da carcaça (1), na qual se apóiam em deslizam os recortes (140) dos anéis do elemento de filtragem (100); pela tampa (8) fixada através dos engates rápidos (33); pelo alojamento de mancal (10) desmontável da tampa (8); por conjunto de trole (230) para içar e deslocar a tampa (8) e o conjunto monobloco de manga de filtragem-suporte elástico (100) nas operações de desmontagem/montagem; por dispositivo (240) de apoio do eixo da turbina na desmontagem/montagem; por circuito (300) associado ao filtro e compreendido essencialmente, por linhas : de alimentação do produto a ser filtrado, de retirada do filtrado, de retirada do sólido retido, e de contra-lavagem e por dispositivo de segurança contra a ruptura da manga de filtragem, todos comandados por dispositivo computadorizado, dedicado (PLC); e por disposição que permite que o filtro seja arranjado para trabalhar em circuito aberto ou fechado.
