Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "GUARNIçãO DE CONEXãO PARA CORPOS ALONGADOS COM PINçA DE APERTO". Uma guarnição de conexão (1) serve para a fixação de corpos alongados, por exemplo, de cabos (2) ou também mangueiras, tubos, mangueiras onduladas ou semelhantes, em uma abertura (3), que pode ser, por exemplo, uma passagem ou um furo em uma parede (4) de uma caixa. A guarnição de conexão (1) possui uma pinça de aperto (9) atravessando a abertura (3) em posição de uso, expandindo-se atrás da mesma, que através de um movimento de retirada contra o sentido de encaixe pode ser comprimida radialmente e unido com o corpo alongado. Para este movimento de retirada da pinça de aperto é prevista uma luva roscada (11), unida com fecho devido à fricção e com fecho devido à força com o anel roscado (15) que através do movimento de aparafusar mencionado da luva roscada (11), por sua vez, é arrastado e girado junto e que na sua rosca é deslocado axialmente até que alcança a parede (4) na borda de abertura (12), lá esbarrando. Com isto, a respectiva espessura da parede (4) é automaticamente levada em consideração. A continuação da rotação da luva roscada (11) é possível em virtude do acoplamento com fecho devido à fricção com o anel roscado (15), de modo que a pinça de aperto (9), depois de alcançar a posição de esbarro do anel roscado (15), em relação a um movimento de armação já iniciado, pode ser armada mais ainda, ou o movimento de armação somente começa depois, em virtude das respectivas dimensões axiais das roscas. Para o usuário, portanto, somente é necessário girar a luva roscada (11) em sentido inalterado, para efetivar uma adaptação da guarnição de conexão (1) à espessura da parede (4) e para fixar o corpo alongado (2) com a pinça de aperto (9) (Figura 3).
