Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO DE FUNDIçãO SOB PRESSãO A VáCUO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PEçAS FUNDIDAS DE LIGAS NãO FERROSAS". Um processo de fundição sob pressão a vácuo, destinado à produção de peças fundidas de ligas não ferrosas, compreendendo as etapas de: manter um material de liga não ferrosa em um estado fundido em um forno de conservação (11); transferir uma quantidade preestabelecida do dito material do forno (11) para um molde (18), em injetores; comprimir o material no molde e deixar que ele se resfrie. O material, durante as diversas etapas, fica continuamente protegido do contato com o ar, nas regiões não ocupadas pelos elementos de contenção, por uma atmosfera de gás, a qual protege de contaminações e do perigo de oxidação, o gás tendo uma densidade relativa maior do que a do ar."CASTING PROCESS AND APPLIANCE UNDER VACUUM PRESSURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF NON-FERROUS ALLOY CASTING PARTS". A vacuum pressure casting process, intended for the production of non-ferrous alloy castings, comprising the steps of: maintaining a non-ferrous alloy material in a molten state in a preservation furnace (11); transferring a pre-established amount of said material from the oven (11) to a mold (18), in injectors; compress the material into the mold and allow it to cool. The material, during the various stages, is continuously protected from contact with air, in regions not occupied by the containment elements, by a gas atmosphere, which protects from contamination and the danger of oxidation, the gas having a higher relative density than air.
