Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE PARTìCULAS DE JATEAMENTO ABRASIVO REVESTIDAS COM DIóXIDO DE TITâNIO". A invenção fornece um processo para preparação de partículas de jateamento abrasivo revestidas com dióxido de titânio pela sinter-fusão do dióxido de titânio na superfície das partículas de jateamento abrasivo feitas de um material de base. Uma mistura de dióxido de titânio finamente dividido e partículas de jateamento abrasivo são passadas continuamente através da chama de um reator de chama, com a ajuda de ar transportador, em que o dióxido de titânio é sinter-fundido na superfície das partículas de jateamento abrasivo por um tempo médio de residência de 0,1 a 5 segundos a uma faixa de temperatura de 600 a 1200<198>C.
