Abstract
"PROCESSO DE RELAXAMENTO DE TRAçãO ULTRABAIXA E APARELHO DE ENTRADA DE TRAçãO". A invenção descreve um processo de relaxamento de tração baixa e o aparelho correspondente, onde uma entrada de tração é incorporada em uma zona de relaxamento em um processo de produção de fio. A entrada de tração pode ser qualquer coisa que produza um arrasto sobre a linha de fio de fio, tal como um dispositivo de arrasto de ar, um dispositivo de arrasto de líquido, ou um dispositivo de arrasto de contato de superfície sólida, ou uma combinação destes. Uma entrada de tração é um dispositivo o qual, quando usado em uma zona de relaxamento, tem uma tração de fio de saída maior do que a tração de fio de entrada, desse modo criando um diferencial de tração. A entrada de tração provê um diferencial de tração de pelo menos 5 mg por denier. Uma zona de relaxamento é encontrada, tipicamente, em um sistema de estiragem de fiação, em um sistema de estiragem a tração, em um processo de estiragem do rolamento, ou em um sistema de estiragem da parte volumosa. A invenção descreve um processo de confecção de fio com uma entrada de tração na zona de relaxamento, onde a entrada de tração cria um diferencial de tração no referido fio de pelo menos 5 miligramas por denier.
