Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"LIGA DE FUNDIçãO DE ALUMìNIO"<D>. Uma liga de fundição de alumímio contém 0,5 até 2,0 % do peso de magnésio no máximo 0,15 % do peso de silício 0,5 até 2,0 % do peso de manganês no máximo 0,7 % do peso de ferro no máximo 0,1 % do peso de cobre no máximo 0,1 % do peso de zinco no máximo 0,2 % do peso de titânio 0,1 até 0,6 % do peso de cobalto no máximo 0,8 % do peso de cério 0,05 até 0,5 % do peso de zircónio no máximo 1,1 % do peso de cromo no máximo 1,1 % do peso de níquel 0,005 até 0,15 % do peso de vanádio no máximo 0,5 % do peso de háfnio bem como, alumínio como resto com outras impurezas individualmente no máximo 0,05 % do peso, ao todo, no máximo 0,2% do peso. A liga de fundição de alumínio é apropriada, em particular, para a fundição sob pressão, bem como, para a fundição- tixo ou para a forja-fixo. Um emprego especial está na fundição sob pressão para componentes com altas exigências para as propriedades mecânicas, uma vez que essas propriedades já existem no estado de fundição, e por conseguinte, não é necessário um outro tratamento térmico.
