Abstract

"SUSPENSãO PARA BRAçO DE REBOQUE". Uma suspensão de braço de reboque (10, 210, 310, 410) compreende um braço de reboque (20, 220, 320, 420) tendo uma parte pivotavelmente conectada com um suporte de chassi (22) se estendendo do chassi de um veículo (16) e outra parte conectada com o chassi do veículo por uma mola pneumática (26) para resistir às forças de rotação do braço de reboque. O braço de reboque de preferência compreende placas laterais opostas (56, 58 conectada por múltiplas luvas (94), que de preferência são as luvas internas de conectores embuchados (24, 30, 36,38). Elementos fixadores mecânicos (2) se estendem através das luvas para montar sob compressão as placas laterais nas luvas para formar uma viga rígida. Um adaptador de eixo (28) e um adaptador de tubo de torque (34) são também posicionados entre as placas opostas. Cada um do suporte de chassi, adaptador de eixo, e adaptador de tubo de torque são conectados com as placas laterais do braço de reboque através de um conector embuchado para permitir a articulação do braço de reboque e cuja luva interna é usada para conectar as placas laterais.
