"MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA BLANQUETA COM MANGA COSTURADA PARA UMA PRENSA DE IMPRESSãO, BLANQUETA COM MANGA COSTURADA PARA UTILIZAçãO EM UMA PRENSA DE IMPRESSãO, MéTODO PARA UTILIZAçãO DE UMA BLANQUETA COM MANGA COSTURADA EM UMA PRENSA DE IMPRESSãO, E, COMBINAçãO". O projeto, produção e uso de uma blanqueta de impressão offset cilindrica costurada. O material de blanqueta fabricado convencional (42) na forma de rolo ou na forma plana por métodos bem conhecidos da técnica é aderido a uma manga para produzir de forma económica uma blanqueta. As extremidades (62, 64) do material plano são unidas de forma muito próxima de forma que a costura ou espaço resultante (45), de um ponto de vista de impressão, seja desprezivelmente pequeno. A união é feita com um composto resiliente que preenche a costura ou espaço restante resultando em uma blanqueta com manga útil. Em uso, a união é alinhada com áreas de não impressão no cilindro de placa ou no espaço de placa oposto. Visto que a costura (45) é mais estreita do que o espaço de placa, nenhuma perda de comprimento de impressão resulta da costura.
