Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PROLONGAR A VIDA úTIL DO AROMA DE COMPOSIçõES AQUOSAS AROMATIZADAS COM AROMAS SENSìVEIS à UMIDADE E AO áCIDO, E COMPOSIçõES DE AROMA QUE APRESENTAM VIDAS DE PRATELEIRA DE AROMA PROLONGADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para prolongar a vida útil do aroma de composições aquosas aromatizadas com aromas sensíveis à umidade e ao ácido. O aumento da vida útil de aroma é obtido combinando um ácido orgânico comestível e um sal divalente comestível com um aroma sensível à umidade e ao ácido. The present invention relates to a method for extending the aroma life of aqueous compositions flavored with aromas sensitive to moisture and acid. The increased aroma life is achieved by combining an edible organic acid and an edible divalent salt with an aroma sensitive to moisture and acid. Aroma compositions capable of providing an aqueous composition with an extended aroma life are also shown.
