Abstract
"FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADO, POLIPEPTìDEO, GENE QUIMéRICO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA, MéTODO DE ALTERAçãO DO NìVEL DE EXPRESSãO DE UMA PROTEìNA CIS-PRENILTRANSFERASE VEGETAL EM CéLULAS HOSPEDEIRAS, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE UM FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO E PRODUTO". A presente invenção refere-se a fragmentos de ácidos nucléicos codificadores de proteínas vegetais que são homólogas as cispreniltransferases UPP sintase da bactéria Micrococcus luteus ou Dedol-PP sintase da levedura Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a homólogos de cis-preniltransferase de trigo, uva, soja, arroz, margarida africana, látex de seringueira e calêndula.
