Abstract

"TUBO QUE PODE SER UTILIZADO EM TéCNICAS DE EVAPORAçãO DE FLUIDO NOTADAMENTE DE FLUIDO ALIMENTìCIO". Tubo em aço inoxidável soldado que pode ser utilizado em técnicas de evaporação de um fluido, notadamente de um fluido alimentício, caracterizado pelo fato de comportar, sobre sua superfície externa de troca térmica, majoritariamente lisa, meios localizados de acúmulo e de escoamento das condensações criadas sobre a superfície lisa de troca térmica, meios constituídos de desnivelados sob a forma de rebordos que se estendem sobre o comprimento do tubo e que podem formar impressões em cavado repartidas sobre o comprimento desse tubo.
