Abstract

"PROCESSO DE RUPTURA POR TRAçãO, FIO, MéTODO DE OPERAçãO DE UMA MáQUINA DE FIAçãO DE FIBRA BáSICA E PROCESSO PARA A CONVERSãO DA FIBRA DE FILAMENTO CONTìNUO EM FIO DE FILAMENTO DESCONTìNUO". Método para a ruptura por tração de fibras para produzir um fio básico e operar uma máquina de fiação de fibra básica, o que possibilita a produção de uma pluralidade de produtos de tamanho de lote menores do que um produto de estopa de denier grande. O processo inclui pelo menos duas zonas de ruptura e uma zona de consolidação posteriormente a uma segunda zona de ruptura para formar um fio básico. Os filamentos são rompidos em uma segunda zona de ruptura posterior a primeira zona de ruptura mediante o aumento da velocidade da fibra alimentada ao processo.
