"ETIQUETA PARA IDENTIFICAçãO ELETRôNICA DE ARTIGO, PROCESSO DE CODIFICAçãO DE UM CóDIGO DE IDENTIDADE EM UMA ETIQUETA DE IDENTIFICAçãO ELETRôNICA DE ARTIGO, E, APARELHO DE IDENTIFICAçãO DE ARTIGO". Uma etiqueta (30) para a identificação eletrônica de artigo, tem ao menos dois elementos magnéticos (31-36), os quais representam uma identidade da etiqueta, ou de um artigo (20), ao qual a etiqueta está fixada. Os elementos magnéticos podem ser eletromagneticamente detectáveis e são formados como fios feitos de uma liga de metal amorfa ou nano-cristalina. Os elementos magnéticos (31-36) são dispostos em ângulos predeterminados (<244>~ 1~ - <244>~ 6~) um em relação ao outro. Ao menos um dos elementos magnéticos (31 -36) tem um comprimento (L~ 1~ - L~ 6~), que é diferente do comprimento de ao menos um de outros elementos magnéticos (31-36) da etiqueta. Além disto, ao menos um dos elementos magnéticos tem um diâmetro (<237>~ 1~ - <237>~ 6~), que é diferente do diâmetro de ao menos um outro elemento da etiqueta. Os comprimentos e diâmetros dos elementos magnéticos, e os ângulos entre eles, formam conjuntamente a identidade da etiqueta.
