Abstract
"ESTAçãO RECEPTORA COM SUPRESSãO DE SINAL DE INTERFERêNCIA". Um combinador ideal que reduz a quantidade de interferência imposta sobre uma primeira estação base (102) por transmissões de outras estações base dentro do mesmo sistema de comunicação. Duas antenas (112, 114) são usadas para receber transmissões dentro de uma estação receptora (110). Um receptor RAKE ou de ramos é acoplado a cada antena. (112, 114). Pela combinação ideal dos sinais que são recebidos por cada ramo independente do receptor de ramos, a interferência que é correlacionada entre um ramo associado à primeira antena (112) e um ramo associado à segunda antena (114) pode ser minimizada com relação ao sinal desejado. A combinação ideal requer a determinação de coeficientes de combinação ideais. Um algoritmo de combinação de razão máxima pode substituir o algoritmo de combinação ideal dependendo das características da interferência.
