Abstract
"ARIL-CLORO-ETIL-URéIAS INOVADORAS". Descreve-se na presente invenção derivados inovadores de 1aril-3-(2-cloro-etil)-uréias. Esses derivados são agentes anticancerígenos úteis, tendo excelente especificidade para células-alvo e potente atividade antineoplásica, sem toxicidade sistêmica ou mutagenicidade. Mais especificamente, a invenção refere-se a derivados inovadores da fórmula (I), onde R~ 1~, é alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, ciclo-alquila C~ 3~-C~ 7~, alcóxi inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, hidróxi-alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, ou halogeneto inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 6~; R~ 2~ é H, alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, ciclo-alquila C~ 3~-C~ 7~, alcóxi inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, hidróxialquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, ou halogeneto, di-halogeneto ou tri-halogeneto inferiores de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ poderiam ser também parte de estruturas cíclicas expressas pela fórmula (II); R~ 3~ e R~ 4~ são como definido em R~ 5~, ou halogeneto, di-halogeneto, tri-halogeneto, dialquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, ou grupos alicíclicos com a estrutura (III), onde n = 2 a 8 átomos de carbono, sendo que o dito anel alicíclico pode ser também substituído com um ou mais grupos como definido em R~ 5~; ou anéis policíclicos que possuem não mais do que três anéis, onde os anéis, que não o anel que possui o grupamento 2-cloroetil-amino substituído, podem ser substituídos com um ou mais grupos como os definidos em R~ 5~; R~ 5~ é H, alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, alcóxi inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, hidróxi-alquila de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, amino-alquila de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, tioalquila de C~ 1~-C~ 6~, S-alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 5~, N-alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, N,N-dialquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, ciano-alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 9~, halo-alquila inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, sulfóxido inferior de C~ 1~-C~ 7~, ou ciclo-alquila de C~ 3~-C~ 7~; ou um seu pró-medicamento. Descrevese também composições farmacêuticas que contêm os compostos da invenção em conjunto com um veículo de uso farmacêutico, e o uso das composições no tratamento de câncer.
