Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE MANUSEIO DE HASTES, DE PERFURAçãO". A invenção provê um dispositivo de manuseio de hastes de perfuração (14) o qual é adaptado para ser fixado a um conjunto de equipamento de perfuração (10) o qual inclui uma unidade de rotação (12) padrão e um porta-haste (13) montados no topo de uma estrutura de alimentação (11) e os quais são usados para inserir e retirar hastes de perfuração (25) do solo. O dispositivo de manuseio (14) compreende um conjunto de transporte (20) o qual é guiado para movimento de deslizamento ao longo de membros de deslizamento (19), um conjunto de cabeça (24) o qual é projetado para receber e suportar a haste de perfuração (25) e para alimentar longitudinalmente a haste de perfuração para enroscar e desenroscar a junta roscada, ao passo que prendendo a mesma simultaneamente, um braço oscilante (21) pivotavelmente fixado ao conjunto de transporte e que se estende lateralmente a partir deste, um meio de fixação de suporte giratório que monta de modo rotativo o conjunto de cabeça (24) à extremidade externa do braço oscilante (21) para movimento de inclinação em torno de um eixo geométrico transversal, um atuador de braço oscilante (38) para efetuar rotação do braço oscilante (21) e do conjunto de cabeça (24) em torno de um eixo geométrico geralmente longitudinal, e um atuador de inclinação (42) para efetuar a inclinação do conjunto de cabeça (24), o arranjo sendo tal que uma haste de perfuração (25) quando carregada no conjunto de cabeça (24) em uma posição lateral baixa possa se mover em conjunto para uma posição de carregamento no topo da estrutura de alimentação e alinhada com a coluna de perfuração.
