Abstract

"ESTRUTURA FLUTUANTE AO LARGO DA COSTA PARA UTILIZAçãO COM áGUA". é divulgada uma plataforma flutuante amarrada ao largo da costa ou auto-propulsora, com características de movimento melhoradas para desenvolvimentos económicos em águas profundas ao largo da costa e, com simetria de eixo vertical e com desacoplamento de características de projeto hidrodinâmico, de tal modo a permitir que a hidrodinâmica de balanço seja determinada e otimizada enquanto outras características permitem a sintonização da resposta de freq³ência da arfagem vertical. Uma saia de amortecimento de movimento é fornecida ao redor da base da forma do casco, a qual é configurada para fornecer facilidade de instalação para os diversos tipos de umbilicais e tubos de subida. Um conjunto central retrátil é utilizado em uma posição abaixada para melhorar a altura do centro de gravidade e metacêntrica, reduzir cargas de vento ou de momento sobre a estrutura, fornecer áreas laterais para amortecer e volume para massa adicionada para resistência a balanço. O conjunto central é utilizado para sintonizar a resposta do sistema em conjunto com a saia e aletas de amortecimento do casco. A seção central retrátil também permite vasos verticais ou separadores de duração estendida aumentada abaixo da plataforma do convés flutuante que serve para adicionar estabilidade à estrutura flutuante deslocando o centro de gravidade para baixo. Também é divulgado levantar e abaixar separadores verticais independentes ou como uma unidade dentro de um conjunto central.
