Abstract

"BASE PARA USO EM CONFEITOS DUROS ISENTOS DE AçúCAR, CONFEITO DURO ESTáVEL, E MELADO AQUOSO PARA USO NA PREPARAçãO DE CONFEITO DURO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma base isenta de açúcar, de baixa caloria, adequada para uso em confeitos duros, estáveis, isentos de açúcar, baseadas em uma polidextrose que é essencialmente isenta de mono- e dissacarídeos e em um componente de álcool de açúcar que compreende uma quantidade predeterminada de manitol. A presente invenção também se refere a uma confeito duro, estável, isento de açúcar, que compreende esta base, assim como um melado adequado para uso na produção desta confeito.
