Abstract

Patente de invenção: "PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA TEMPERA DE áREAS DE UM EIXO DE MANIVELA OU DE CAMES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para têmpera de áreas (10, 11, 12; 39, 40, 41) de um eixo de manivela (K) ou de cames (N) a serem temperadas, dispostas lado a lado em direção axial (A), em que as áreas (10, 11, 12; 39, 40, 41) a serem temperadas são aquecidas indutivamente por um indutor (14, 15, 16; 33, 34, 35) respectivamente associado as mesmas e bruscamente resfriadas depois do aquecimento, sendo que respectivamente ao menos duas áreas (10, 11, 12; 39, 40, 41) a serem temperadas, dispostas vizinhas, são simultaneamente aquecidas. Com o processo de acordo com a invenção a simultânea têmpera de áreas dispostas estreitamente vizinhas com perigo reduzido de um resultado de têmpera falho é obtida pelo fato de que quando do aquecimento simultâneo das áreas (10, 11, 12; 39, 40, 41) a serem temperadas, o indutor (14, 15, 16; 33, 34, 35) respectivamente associado a uma das áreas (10, 11, 12; 39, 40, 41) é operado com um outra freq³ência (F1, F2; F3, F4) que não a do indutor (10, 11, 12; 39, 40, 41), que está associado à área (1 0, 1 1, 12; 39, 40, 41) a ser temperada ao máximo vizinha.
