Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO E APARELHO PARA INFUSãODE UM EXTRATO FLUIDO USANDO UMA BOLSA DE FILTROINCLINADA CONTENDO PARTìCULAS EXTRAìVEIS DESABOR". Um método de infusão de um extrato fluído usa umabolsa filtrante (10) contendo partículas extraíveis de sabor. Umaetapa é a de suporte de uma bolsa filtrante permeável a fluido,inteiramente complacente parcialmente cheia com partículasextraíveis de sabor (14), de modo que a bolsa fique inclinada a umângulo com a horizontal variando de cerca de 30<198> a cerca de90<198>, de modo que as partículas se acumulam em umextremidade de fundo da bolsa filtrante. Uma outra etapa é odirecionamento da água de infusão para próximo de umaextremidade superior da bolsa filtrante acima das partículas. Aágua de infusão entra na bolsa filtrante, sem a necessidade parauma abertura na bolsa, e cai para se infiltrar nas partículas. Aspartículas são parcialmente fluidizadas e suspensas na água deinfusão e sobem com a água de infusão para uma parte vazia dabolsa filtrante, sem a necessidade para que os lados opostos dabolsa filtrante sejam separados para gerar um espaço interno. Umaoutra etapa inclui a infusão de um extrato fluido das partículas nabolsa filtrante e descarga do extrato fluido da bolsa filtrante. A bolsafiltrante tem uma área de saída suficiente que uma vazão dedescarga do extrato fluido é igual à vazão de entrada de água deinfusão na bolsa filtrante, quando uma coluna de fluido é produzidadentro da bolsa filtrante, que é pelo menos tão grande quanto aprofundidade vertical das partículas na bolsa filtrante.
