Abstract

"USOS DE UM MEIO DE CULTURA, E DE PELO MENOS UM MAS, ANáLOGO DE MAS OU UM ADITIVO OU ADITIVOS,E, PROCESSO PARA FERTILIZAçãO IN VITRO". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de novo princípio para aumentar a viabilidade e o potencial de gravidez de oócitos e pré-embriões obtidos em conexão com fertilização in vitro e tratamento de transferência de pré-embrião. Mais especificamente, a melhora através de elevação do conteúdo de Esteróis de Ativação da Meiose (MAS) no meio em que a fertilização in vitro acontece. Isto é alcançado através de exposição e cultivo de um ou mais oócitos com espermatozóides no meio de cultura compreendendo pelo menos um esterol de ativação da meiose (MAS), um análogo de MAS, e/ou aditivo ou aditivos capazes de estimulação endógena da acumulação de pelo menos um MAS. Aditivos preferidos são FSH e EGF.
