Abstract
"FILTRO CASADO DE AQUISIçãO SEQUENCIAL, MULTIBANDA, MULTICANAL". Um filtro casado digital paralelo é construído o qual executa numerosas correlações simultâneas de um sinal de espectro de expansão recebido contra vários deslocamentos de réplica da sua seq³ência de expansão. Isto permite a rápida aquisição (12) da fase de código do sinal recebido, e o subseq³ente descarte para o rastreamento (14) para um receptor multicanal. Uma nova arquitetura computacional de filtro casado é utilizada, na qual os elementos aritméticos digitais comuns são utilizados para ambos os propósitos de aquisição e de rastreamento. Como cada canal é seq³encialmente adquirido pelo filtro casado paralelo, um subconjunto dos elementos aritméticos é então dedicado ao rastreamento subseq³ente daquele canal. Este processo é repetido, com os elementos aritméticos disponíveis restantes acelerando a aquisição do próximo canal, e assim por diante, até que todos os recursos estejam alocados como canais de rastreamento. Adicionalmente, múltiplas entradas de dados e linhas de retardo (10) estão presentes nesta arquitetura, e estão disponíveis para processamento em cada elemento aritmético. Deste modo, múltiplas bandas de sinal e canais do usuário podem ser integrados dentro de uma estrutura de receptor comum.
