Patente de Invenção: <B>''DEXTROSE HIDRATADA PULVERULENTA E SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARO''<D>. A invenção refere-se a uma dextrose hidratada pulverulenta, caracterizada pelo fato de apresentar uma riqueza em dextrose pelo menos igual a 98%, um teor em forma cristalina <244> pelo menos igual a 95%, um teor em água superior a 1%, de preferência compreendido entre 2 e 10% e mais preferencialmente ainda compreendido entre 5 e 9,5%, uma compressibilidade, determinada segundo um teste A, pelo menos igual a 70 N, de preferência pelo menos igual a 90 N e mais preferencialmente compreendido entre 90 e 200 N. A invenção refere-se igualmente ao seu processo de obtenção e à utilização dessa dextrose hidratada pulverulenta como agente edulcorante, osmótico, nutritivo ou excipiente, em particular em composições destinadas aos domínios alimentício, farmacêutico, químico e agroquímico.
