Abstract

"FERRAMENTA DE CONFORMAçãO" Ferramenta de conformação, do tipo incorporando uma matriz (5) com um assento para o material a ser conformado, um punção superior (6) móvel axialmente para dentro e para fora do mencionado assento de um lado da matriz, um punção inferior (7) móvel axialmente para dentro e para fora do mencionado assento do lado oposto da matriz, meios de carregamento móveis (12) para introdução de um material no mencionado assento, uma prensa de impacto (2) arranjada para sujeitar o punção superior (6) a uma série de impactos de compactação, uma unidade para suprimento de força de acionamento à ferramenta e um dispositivo de controle para controlar o movimento das partes móveis de ferramenta, caracterizada pelo fato da ferramenta de conformação incorporar uma cabeça de impacto (3) posicionada acima da matriz (5) e suportando o punção superior (6), a mencionada cabeça de impacto (3) arranjada para receber os impactos de compactação dispensados pela prensa de impacto, a mencionada cabeça de impacto (3) sendo guiada e centrada em uma posição alinhada com a cavidade na matriz (5), por meio de um teto ajustável verticalmente (9) suportado no alojamento de ferramenta (4), a cabeça de impacto (3), desse modo, sendo desencaixada mecanicamente do teto (9) para impedir forças de impacto se propagarem para o alojamento de ferramenta (4).
