Abstract

<B>MéTODO E APARELHO PARA REDUZIR POTêNCIA DE CANAL ADJACENTE EM SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO<D> A presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para reduzir potência de canal adjacente em sistemas de comunicação sem fio. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção é dirigida a um sistema para pré-distorcer de forma digital e adaptável um sinal que inclui aplicar uma correção ao sinal antes que o mesmo seja aplicado à entrada de um amplificador de tal modo que a correção seja igual e oposta à distorção prevista produzida pelo amplificador. Desse modo, a correção e a distorção de amplificador anulam-se mutuamente, resultando em um sistema com uma característica de transferência linear global. Nestas circunstâncias, a potência de canal adjacente é desejavelmente reduzida.
