Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ALMOFADA PARA AIRBAG QUE APRESENTA BAIXA UTILIZAçãO DE COSTURA E TECIDO E AO MESMO TEMPO GRANDE VOLUME DISPONìVEL PARA ENCHIMENTO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a uma almofada para airbag que apresenta simultaneamente uma quantidade baixa de utilização de costura (para prender no mínimo dois painéis de tecido ou porções de um único painel juntas), bem como uma quantidade muito baixa de tecido utilizado para produzir a almofada para airbag almejada, ambos em correlação com uma quantidade global elevada de espaço de ar disponível para enchimento dentro da própria almofada. Estes dois fatores separados, porém correlacionados, um baseado em um índice de utilização de costura efetiva são agora combinados pela primeira vez no que é determinado como um índice de utilização de costura efetiva (que é o quociente do comprimento das costuras globais nas almofadas e o volume de espaço de ar disponível para enchimento) e o outro baseado em um índice de utilização de tecido efetivo (que é o quociente da quantidade de tecido utilizado na construção da almofada para airbag e o volume de espaço de ar disponível para enchimento). A almofada inovadora para airbag deve possuir um fator de utilização de costura efetiva de no máximo 0,11 e um fator de utilização de tecido efetivo de no máximo 0,0330. Uma almofada que apresenta tais fatores baixos de utilização de costura e utilização de tecido e também compreende um bolso integrado em alça para a disposição de uma lata infladora, é também fornecida, bem como um sistema de controle global para veículo que compreende a almofada inovadora para airbag.
