Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA USINAR CARCAçA DE MANCAL"<D>. Uma máquina de voluta tem uma casca que abriga um primeiro elemento voluta, um segundo elemento voluta, um elemento de acionamento e uma carcaça de mancal. A carcaça de mancal suporta de maneira rotativa o elemento de acionamento e é presa à casca. A carcaça de mancal é projetada de tal modo que ela pode ser totalmente usinada ao mesmo tempo que é localizada e fixada em uma única posição. Ao completar toda a usinagem da carcaça de mancal em uma única operação, diversos ajustes, múltiplas operações, e acumulação de tolerâncias são eliminadas, criando um componente de alta qualidade.
