Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA SECAGEM DE GRANULADO"<D>. Em dois ou mais recipientes de secagem 20, 30, montados paralelamente em uma circulação de secagem 9, é seco granulado, sendo que a cada recipiente de secagem 20, 30 estão associados um dispositivo de aquecimento individual 23a, 33a e uma válvula de estrangulamento 22a, 32a para a corrente de ar de secagem. A posição da válvula de estrangulamento 22a, 32a é determinada por um aparelho de comando 22c, 32c, na dependência do sinal de um sensor de temperatura 22e, 32e associada ao respectivo recipiente de secagem 20, 30. Para garantir a observância das temperaturas teóricas do ar de secagem sem dispositivos de aquecimento individuais 23a, 33a superdimensionados, também em uma extrema distribuição da quantidade de ar sobre os recipientes de secagem 20, 30, é sinalizado ao aparelho de comando 22c, 32c quando o limite superior da capacidade do dispositivo de aquecimento individual 23a, 33a é atingido, o que ativa um estrangulamento adicional da respectiva corrente de ramal de ar de secagem.
