Abstract

"VáLVULA DE ESFERA, COMBINAçãO DE INJETOR/VáLVULA, MéTODO PARA O TINGIMENTO DA MATéRIA PRIMA PARA A FORMAçãO DE ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO, MATéRIA PRIMA PARA A FORMAçãO DE ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO COLORIDA E APARELHO PARA O TINGIMENTO DA MATéRIA PRIMA PARA A FORMAçãO DE ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO" A presente invenção se refere a uma combinação de injetor/válvula aperfeiçoada a qual permite um tempo de resposta quase que imediato a um sinal de acionamento. Uma tal combinação é particularmente adequada para a injeção de corantes em uma matéria prima para a formação de espuma de poliuretano e permite uma substancial redução no desperdício de espuma devido a baixos níveis de coloração durante um ciclo de liga/desliga. Mais especificamente, a combinação de acordo com a presente invenção compreende uma nova válvula de esfera a qual proporciona um acionamento e parada instantâneos sem um vazamento ou queda de pressão apreciáveis e sem a necessidade de utilização de um alta taxa de saída fluxo. Uma tal válvula de esfera esférica é utilizada em combinação com um injetor o qual está integrado à válvula, configuração a qual permite um uso contínuo e uma liga/desliga instantâneos sem uma queda de pressão prejudicial e minimiza a possibilidade de turbulência à medida que o líquido corante polimérico flui através do injetor. A válvula de esfera, a configuração do injetor integrado, o aparelho para colorir compreendendo a válvula de esfera de acordo com a presente invenção e/ou configuração de injetor integrado, e a matéria prima para a formação de espuma colorida através da utilização de um tal aparelho também estão contemplados pela presente invenção.
