The device is to be used for metal working in the production of hollow parts from tubular billets. The device ensures the increase of the degree of deformation while maintaining a stable deformation process and preserving a high quality for the produced parts. The device consists of a container (1), an upper punch (2) and a bottom punch (3) and there are seals (4) between the faces of the punches and those of the round billet (5). The upper punch (2) and the bottom punch (3) define a closed deformation space (13) in which the process takes place. The cavity (9) in the tubular billet is filled with a fluid under pressure and hydroplastic material. The bottom punch (3) is connected to a hydraulic system and the upper punch (2)/ is encapsulated by an axially mobile sleeve (6).
