Abstract

Устройството се състои от разположен в камерата за получаване на кристали тигел, обхванат от нагревателен елемент и съдържащ стопилка, регулатори на обороти, изтеглящ и въртящ двигател, преобразувател, разположен между кристалната ос и осите на изтеглящия и въртящия двигател и регулиран чрез мощен регулатор генератор на мощност. A crystal placed in the crystal receiving chamber enters the melt and is connected via the crystal axis to the mechanical transducer. The device includes an electronic balance, a differential signal generator and an amplifier, and a remote pulse sensor, a program control unit and a measuring unit located parallel to the axis of the pulling motor. The measuring block consists of a first and second counter and a synchronizing block whose interconnected inputs form the input of the measuring block.
