Abstract

Устройството включва и нискоенергиен измервателен пункт, състоящ се от възбудителен радиационен блок за излъчване на меки лъчи към отнетата от изследвания материал проба и от детекторен блок. The device also includes a low-energy measuring point, consisting of an exciting radiation unit for emitting soft rays to the sample taken from the material under study and a detector unit. The detector outputs of the high-energy measuring point, the control inputs of the transport pneumatic device and of the sample storage belonging to the detector unit are connected to a central unit for control, data storage and evaluation. 8 claims, 2 figures
