Abstract
Еластопластичен състав на база полиолефин и троен етиленпропиленов съполимер, характеризиращ се с това, че съдържа 100 тегл. Ч.: Смес от 25 до 75 тегл.ч. полиолефини от 75 до 25 тегл.ч. троен етиленпропиленов съполимер: от 1 до 10 тегл.ч. фенолна вулканизираща смола, от 1 до 5 тегл.ч. вулканизационен активатор, от 0 до 50 тегл.ч. газови сажди, от 0 до 50 тегл.ч. масло за разреждане, от 0 до 50 тегл.ч. бял пигмент, 0-1 тегл.ч. противостарител, 0-1 тегл.ч. стеаринова киселина и 0-1 тегл.ч. цинков стеарат. Метод за получаване на еластопластичен състав, характеризиращ се с това, че се пластицира смес от 25 до 75 тегл.ч. троен етиленпропиленов съполимер, от 75 до 25 тегл.ч.полиолефин, на общо 100 тегл.ч. съполимер и полиолефин и фенолна вулканизираща смола в количество, достатъчно за вулканизиране на съполимера,при температура, достатъчна за омекване или стапяне на полиолефина, и за време, достатъчно за получаване на хомогенна смес; добавя се вулканизационен активатор при продължаващо пластициране на сместа, като пластицирането продължава при температура на вулканизация, докато съполимерът се вулканизира до такава степен, че под 5% тегл. От съполимера се екстрахират в кипящ ксилол. A method for obtaining an elastoplastic composition, characterized in that a mixture of 25 to 75 wt. ternary ethylene propylene copolymer, from 75 to 25 wt.parts of polyolefin, for a total of 100 wt.parts. copolymer and polyolefin and phenolic vulcanizing resin in an amount sufficient to vulcanize the copolymer at a temperature sufficient to soften or melt the polyolefin and for a time sufficient to produce a homogeneous mixture; a vulcanization activator is added as the mixture continues to be plasticized, the plasticization being continued at the vulcanization temperature until the copolymer is vulcanized to such an extent that below 5% wt. The copolymer was extracted into boiling xylene. The patent claims are formulated in 15 points
