Abstract
The utility model relates to a biologically active product, in particular a biologically active product with probiotic properties, for the needs of dietary and rational nutrition, as a functional food based on cow's milk for healthy nutrition. In particular, the biologically active product, according to the utility model, includes a probiotic starter culture LBB ВУ 5-12, provided by LB Bulgaricum EAD, with a content of viable microorganisms no less than 1х107 cfu/g Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and 1х108 cfu/g Streptococcus thermophilus, and also contains inulin as a prebiotic from 0.1 to 2.5 g, vitamin D from 0.005 g to 0.015 g, and calcium from 0.005 g to 0.02 g, whereby the indicated amounts are for 100 g of finished product. The effect of the prebiotics is supplemented with probiotic microorganisms in the form of various milk products with a synbiotic effect. The functional food based on cow's milk contributes to rational and healthy nutrition, and is suitable for children and adults.
