Abstract

Х-, Y- и Z-компонентният магнитометьр съдържа квадратна полупроводникова подложка (1) с първи тип проводимост, върху едната страна на която в централната й част е формиран квадратен емитер (2) с втори тип проводимост и на разстояния и симетрично на четирите му страни има по един базов контакт (3, 4, 5 и 6) с първия тип проводимост и колектори с втория тип проводимост, два токоизточника - първи (15) и втори (22). Емитерът (2) е включен в права посока по отношение на контактите (3, 4, 5 и 6) чрез първия токоизточник (15), а колекторите са включени в обратна посока през еднакви товарни резистори към втория токоизточник (22). Външното магнитно поле (23) е с произволна ориентация спрямо полупроводниковата подложка (1). Контактите (3, 4, 5 и 6) са разположени до емитера (2), на равни разстояния от него, а симетрично на тях са формирани еднакви колектори - първи (7, 9, 11 и 13) и втори (8, 10, 12 и 14) по посока на часовниковата стрелка с втория тип проводимост. Емитерът (2) е свързан с единия извод на токоизточника (15), а срещуположните спрямо емитера (2) двойки контакти (3 и 5) и съответно (4 и 6), през еднакви товарни резистори (16 и 17) и съответно (18 и 19) са съединени с другия извод на токоизточника (15). The contacts (3, 4, 5 and 6) are arranged equidistantly at the emitter (2), and symmetrically identical collectors are formed - first (7, 9, 11 and 13) and second (8, 12 and 14) in a clockwise direction to the second conductivity type. The emitter (2) is connected to one of the terminals of the current source (15) and the pairs of contacts (3 and 5) opposite the emitter (2) and respectively (4 and 6) via the same load resistors and 19) are connected to the other end of the power source (15). All the first (7, 9, 11 and 13) and respectively all the second (8, 10, 12 and 14) collectors are connected to one of the second power source (22), the other terminal being connected to the two common points of the resistors 16 and 17) and respectively (18 and 19), the outputs (24, 25 and 26) of the magnetometer for the mutually perpendicular components being the two points of attachment of the first (7, 9, 11 and 13) and second (8, 10, 12) and 14) collectors, respectively on one (3 and 5) and the other (4 and 6) pairs of base contacts opposite the emitter (2).
